Support Your Cycle and Your Body.
Two drinks a day you’ll actually look forward to, for healthy ovulation and regular cycles while you’re trying. Made by a fertility nurse.
Description
Two tasty drinks a day for women trying to conceive. Ovulation for your cycle: myo- and D-chiro-inositol at 40:1, with vitamin D3, K2 and zinc. Prenatal for your body: 600 mcg of folate as methylfolate, with vitamins C, D3 and E, CoQ10 and ginger. Strawberry Kiwi or Black Cherry. No added sugar, no pills.
Why two drinks?
They do different jobs. A prenatal is built for the pregnancy you want, not the cycle you are in. Ovulation covers the cycle. Prenatal gets your body ready underneath it. Most women trying are already on a prenatal and are surprised the first job is separate.
About your free shaker
Every subscription, monthly or 90-day, ships with a Molo shaker in the first box, free. Cold water and a quick shake is the easiest way to mix a stick, and the shaker on the counter is what keeps the routine going. Yours to keep.

One of each, every day, each stick in its own glass of cold water (8 to 12 oz). Most women take Ovulation in the morning and Prenatal later. Take both daily for the full ninety days.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Take the Protocol every day for ninety days. If it is not easier to keep than what you were doing before, email us and we refund it, within 120 days of your first order. Open bag is fine, no return shipping.
The trying-to-conceive protocol. The foundation most routines skip.
Most routines start at the positive test, with a pregnancy prenatal. But the groundwork starts earlier: an egg matures for about 90 days before ovulation, and folate does its most important work in the first weeks.
The Molo Protocol is that foundation, in two drinks, for the months you’re trying.
Build the foundation now. Switch to a pregnancy prenatal when you’re pregnant.

Why most routines skip the foundation.
It isn’t carelessness. Almost every prenatal is built for the pregnancy, not the months before it.
Most women start a prenatal once they’re pregnant. By then, the window folate matters most for is already half over.
The studied amount of inositol is about 4 grams a day. That’s five or more extra capsules, so most prenatals skip it or sprinkle it.
A prenatal, an inositol tub, a CoQ10, a D3. Around seven bottles and 14 pills a day, and you still wonder if you got it right.
Two drinks, two foundations.
One for your cycle, one for your body. Each needs its own full serving, so each gets its own glass.
Foundation 1 · your cycle · morningOvulationInositol carries the signals that run your cycle. Food gives most of us about a gram a day, and the research uses four. Ovulation carries 4.1 g at 40:1, plus D3, K2, zinc and an antioxidant blend.
Foundation 2 · your body · laterPrenatalFolate does its most important work in the first 28 days after conception, before most women know. Prenatal puts 600 mcg DFE of active methylfolate in place now, with vitamin C, D3, CoQ10 and ginger.
For the woman who’s been trying a while.
Month 9. Month 14. Year two. You’ve tracked, tested and taken the prenatal every single day. Waiting is hard enough without wondering whether your routine is doing its part.
Most long-road routines are built on effort: apps, tests, appointments, a prenatal. What’s usually missing is the preconception foundation underneath it all, support for your cycle and your body in the months before.
The Protocol doesn’t replace what you’re doing. It adds the foundation your routine is missing.

Why it’s a 90-day routine, not a one-month test.
An egg doesn’t mature in one cycle. The follicle around it, the small sac it grows in, takes roughly 90 days to get ready to release it. So the follicle that releases an egg three months from now starts its final stretch today.
Smaller than a grain of salt. The egg inside has been paused partway through dividing since before you were born.
Cells multiply around the egg and fluid gathers inside the follicle. The egg itself is now close to full size.
It now shows on an ultrasound. Around your period, a rise in FSH gathers a group of follicles to grow together.
Usually one follicle pulls ahead and the rest stop growing. It makes estrogen, which thickens the lining.
A surge of LH tells the egg to finish maturing, and about a day and a half later the follicle releases it.
Typical days and sizes. Every cycle varies.
How it compares.

“There had to be an easier way.”
When Rebecca Zamolo was trying after two miscarriages, her nurse knew a basic prenatal wasn’t enough. So Christina wrote her a 90-day protocol, the list she gives her own patients. Rebecca called it “14 giant horse pills.”
Molo is that list, in two glasses of water.

Why two drinks instead of one?
They do different jobs, and each needs its own full serving. Ovulation supports your cycle. Prenatal covers your body underneath it.
How do I take them?
One of each, every day, each stick in its own glass of cold water. Most women take Ovulation in the morning and Prenatal later. The order doesn’t matter, as long as you take both.
I already take a prenatal. Do I need Molo’s?
If it’s a pregnancy prenatal, Molo Prenatal is the trying-to-conceive version. Take it instead of yours while you’re trying, and switch back once you’re pregnant. If your doctor has you on a specific prenatal, keep it, add Ovulation, and ask them what fits.
I have PCOS or irregular cycles.
The 40:1 inositol pair in Ovulation is the most-studied for ovulatory function, and that research includes women with PCOS. It’s a supplement, not a treatment, so bring both labels to whoever manages your care.
I’m doing IVF or IUI. Can I take it?
Your clinic comes first. Always. Bring them both labels before you start anything during a treatment cycle.
When will I notice anything?
Give it about three months of every day, the time a follicle takes to mature. If you’ve been trying for a year, or six months if you’re 35 or older, talk to your doctor too.
What if I get pregnant?
Congratulations. That’s when you switch to a pregnancy prenatal, ideally the one your OB recommends. Pause or cancel Molo in two clicks.
What if it’s not for me?
You get a full refund within 120 days of your first order, open bag and all. No return shipping.
Both labels, every amount.
